Usually the major upgrades have a number change EX 43 to 44 - and therefore a charge is applied.
So if, hypothetically, I'd previously ordered 44A, you would now supply me with 44C or D for free?
PMC can install it as well but they will probably have service charge to do it.
I'm not worried about the installation, it's just that if it's posted from within the UK it's likely to get to me quicker. (Well, that and the fact that if I can avoid paying international postage, that's a good thing too - or does the $50 rate apply regardless of where in the world the EPROM is being sent to?)
