CES innovations Winner - Digital Audio Switcher, Splitter, Format Convertor, With Jitter Reduction. The Digital Director comes equipped with four coax (RCA) and two Toslink inputs plus two coax and one Toslink outputs.   Switches automatically between digital signals that are on.
Functions perfectly.  Cosmetically a 6-7.  It has a few small scratches on top and a small nick in the top right corner on the face.  Not noticeable from a distance.
Looking for $125 + Shipping or Best Offer.  These currently sell online for $299 refurbished.  Thanks for looking!!!  Will go on Audiogon in a week if not sold. Seach "MSB Digital Director" online for review.

can this handle 88/96kHz sources? the first couple pages of google results didn't seem to provide an answer to that question.....

Good question -  not sure - I'm guessing no, but since it is not a DAC it may.  I will pull it out of the box and try some high rez from my squeezebox and let you know.
