Out of Audio now so selling my last remaining gear.  I have a modded Lite DAC-AH and an Audio Magus Powercenter Battery Power Supply with a new SLA battery installed.

The DAC-AH started as a Pacific Valve modded unit but I modded it to be battery powered.  I removed the power supply and added a 12v input for the Audio Magus power supply.  Also added 150 ohm Riken Ohm Carbon Film resistors of the correct value for the 6v regulators on board this DAC.  I bypassed the active output stage with the old version of the Jupiter Beeswax Caps (2.2 uF).  These are connected to DH Labs high copper content RCA's.

Overall sound is very dense in the midrange and a little dark overall.  It doesn't go the lowest or is the tightest but has that NOS sound that many people are looking for.  The unit is totally quiet and the battery runs it for more than 3 hours although I rarely used it that long at any one time.

The Powercenter Battery power supply is no longer in production by Audio Magus but it houses a 12v SLA battery and two 12v outputs.  I powered this DAC and a trends TA10.1 for a complete desktop system for a while.  It was quiet, but I think the DAC deserves a buffer or an Active preamp.  Still sounded great, but I think it could've done better.

Soldering isn't the best, but it has been 100% reliable.  However as a DIY unit its sold as is.  I guarantee that it works now.  Check feedback on Audiogon under Typerecca.
