I read an article earlier that stated all good songs can be done on an acoustic guitar. They stated all songs are generated on either acoustic guitar or piano before adding to and changing to the instrument you hear in the recorded song.
I found this interesting in the fact that last weekend I heard a young man by the name of Shane Key do the entire Abby Road album on his Martin. In no way was it comparable to the Beatles but I found it quite enjoyable and had to give him praise for what he accomplished, (he is a Beatles fanatic).
Have any of you seen or heard anything similar from your local talent?
