Ruler says "Medium" but arm muscles say "Large"

A new (old) bit of kit I just picked up (and quickly set down!)  A Mamiya RB67.  Even with the grip (not shown) it's a challenge to hand-hold.  But on the tripod it's kinda nice not to have to use a dark cloth.  She will be christened with an outdoor portrait session tomorrow.  I probably won't be able to post those shots however, as the family is quite ugly and frequently make obscene hand gestures; so it would not be appropriate for AC, but there might be some other crap I can show.

The lens and body did not make the Honor Roll, but they DID pass and have the gold sticker to prove it.  But she assures me that next semester she's really going to Buckle Down, put her Nose To The Grindstone and get those marks up.

Hey!

Mamma Mia!!! Congratulation on your new "old" Mamiya. :D

I used to have the RZ Pro II during the late '90s. I sold it in 2000 after I realized the rarely use it at all. Good thing I sold it back than while the price of used film cams was still good.... I didn't loose much at all.

Anyway, the Mamiya 67 systems are well made and a joy to use... beside the weight of course  The one thing that attracted me to the 67 at first was the fact that it is the same ratio as 8X10 of which I like.

Look like yours haven't been use much and still in pristine condition. Anyway, have fun!

Take care
