Any ideas how to hang these things
I want them to look nice but be sturdy enough so they won't fall on me or my family

Any ideas appreciated

The easiest way to hid things is to string another wire toward the other end of the panel.  Tight the wires relatively tight.  Use 2 plant hooks with toggle bolts (so you don't have to find the joists) in the ceiling for each panel.  Hang the 2 wires over the 2 hooks. This will get it within 1-2" of the ceiling and extend the response.

If you can locate the joists, I've used 2-1/2" trim head screws set at an angle through the frame into the joists. The very small head can be set into the cloth a little bit or painted to hide it.

Thanks Bryan
I used your method and it worked like a charm

I swapped my room around so my speakers fire longwards into the room
My setup has been turned 90 degrees
I wanted to get your advise on how I should setup the treatments
I have various Gik panels
I also wanted to know if 2x2 panels with an air gap work well as a ceiling absorber the 2x4 are too big for the room
I can email you offline if you like
