Thoughts : Belles MB-200

Thoughts : Belles MB-200

Anyone had a chance to hear David's MB-200 amp.  Thought?  Positives, weaknesses?  Compared against?  Thanks in advance for the time.

I haven't heard the M200's but have hear the Reference 350A. 
I would not hesitate  buy the 350A.  One of the best amps under $4K.
