Sp1.7 won't boot - Please help

Sp1.7 won't boot - Please help

I just tried turning on my Sp1.7 and all the lights come on but it won't boot the software. I tried turning it off and on, pressing buttons but nothing seems to work. I checked the fuses and they look good. Is there anything else i should be checking or doing?
