Now, as for me, in the past years I have been super busy, and man, the order sheets are stacking up higher and higher.
So, Irina and I have been insanely busy, and we have had hardly any time for anything else. So, yes, I let this forum go a bit, especially since most of the subjects have already been addressed several times. I have also been a bit slow with the mountain of emails, struggling to catch up, that is correct.
BUT , it is absolute bull as to not being able to catch me on the phone. I always try to return calls, and just try to catch me in the eves and nights, I'll answer.
Also, as for any hum issues, every single manufacturer out there has them more or less. Synergy with system and environmental factors, and sometimes it is near impossible to figure it out. Interesting though if a customer sells his gear because of that and the new owner has 0 issues. Also, again, and again just so that the record is straight, we have THOUSANDS and thousands of units out there. If that would be a design issue, we would have been out of business for sure, especially considering that the amps are designed by Symphonic Line and have been evolved and tweaked and improved since 1986 !!!!! As I said, sometimes I just can't duplicate issues in other peoples systems or houses, and that drives me up the wall.......
