I have for sale a mint condition Eastern Electric DAC I bought directly from Morningstar Audio in late 2010. While I’ve enjoyed this DAC, I have never been able to hear much difference between the tube stage and solid state, although I admit to only trying a few tubes in it. It currently has an Electro Harmonix 12AU7 tube. I really like the Sabre DAC chip, which is very detailed while still being easy to listen to and non-fatiguing.
