The family and I are traveling to Nashville and Memphis for the week of July 11th. I am looking for some music venues that I can attend with my family, including a 4-year old that is a great music-lover. Singer-songwriter, country, bluegrass -- doesn't matter, my daughter likes them all. I just want to find fun places that are kid-friendly and where folks won't mind sitting next to a fun (and music-respectful) little kid. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but our daughter is really good in music venues, especially when the performer is top-notch. She loves folks who play the "guintar", as she calls it. She even has her own ukelele (shhhh!! -- don't tell her it's not like daddy's guitar).
Bonus question: if anyone knows of any particularly good night-time shows in Nashville 7/11-13 or Memphis 7/14-15 where daddy can sneak off by himself, that would be great as well.
