MHDT USB Bridge - Anyone try one yet?

Anyone try one of these USB to SPDIF converters from MHDT yet? Its fairly new.

Seems like a nice piece as it combines the ability to play hi-Rez with asynch. technology. Came out in April. Anyone know anything about this unit.
