I'm not sure what I have right now. I just unboxed it. It was shipped from Canada and the UPS site says call for international claims. Given how poorly it was boxed I'm going to probably be stuck trying to get the audiogon seller I purchased it from to pay.

James and folks in Bryston are top notch when it come to customer satisfaction and aftersales support. I had my fair share of hick ups too and Bryston (especially James and Brian) would come in surgically resolve - pronto with no doubts.

Or imagine a web-based dating service.  Has the shrew-prevention circuit failed?  No prob!  Just send it back.  Is the WAF equalization board shot?  Send it back with your "bucket list" of speakers you'd want and you won't have to worry. :notworthy: :banana piano:

On  (slightly) more serious note, can't these people (morons!) realize that massive and proper packing is there for a reason.  Just do your best to match it.   :duh:
