I have too many DACs around the house, so I'm letting this one go. Excellent DAC and sounds great on multiple sources (especially hi-res).

Asking price is $1100 USD.

- Unit is silver. Comes with original manual, remote control (with batteries) and standard power cable.
- The firmware on this unit is V1.4 (doesn't have the original sound balancing issues via USB that the early units had). It's in great condition, rating it 9/10 because it's used.
- Original purchase was on: 05/27/2010.

What is your favorite Dac?

So far the dB Audio Tranquility SE. Fits in well with computer audio and sounds less digital than anything else I've tried.

The DAC-2 has more punch and greater bass extension, as well as great high-resolution support, but overall I'm not focused on high-resolution playback right now.
