There are a lot of factors to consider for hosting - who will design and maintain, how will it be coded, how much bandwidth per month, lots of special packages out there

I got a 2nd cheap site to host large files and RMAF photos, last year I exceeded my bandwidth and my business site was off line for a day (oops). The site is hosted by HostPC: http://www.hostpc.com/unlimited-directadmin-web-hosting.php

I signed up 8 months ago for $72 for 3 years ($2/month). It looks like their rates have changed but they may have better deals for a multi-year commitment.

Here is what I got at the time I signed up:

I am not sure if it's still the case but in the old days some internet access providers gave you a free website hosting for up to a certain amount of bandwidth.
