I'm looking for a under $1K phono preamp; looking for solid state, non battery, & both cartridge types.

My turntable is a Nottingham Interspace Jr. with Shelter cartridge.

Keep your eyes open for a Jasmine 2.0.  I have owned a few phono sections, and heard and borrowed quite a few more.  It is excellent.

From purely a sonic perspective I would also highly recommend the Vista ACLE, but it is not adjustable.

Clearaudio Concept $900 new.  It may not be called Concept as their TT is :dunno:.  It's a two piece set.

Shoot me a PM if interested in a Quicksilver phono. Yeah it is tubed, but a very quiet one. Also only MM but at my price you could also get a nice SUT for MC carts.
