I am kinda thinking about selling this, i have had it for about 2-3 years and loved every second but my room has progressed from a 2 chan/HT room to a 99% HT room, so this mostly sits around.

it is in maple, with a black lid, and comes with a remote,batteries (which are not at their best, but seem to work fine for me for 2-3 hour listening sessions) and charger, and all other original accessories. it will be packed in its original box for shipment, or pickup in the Atlanta area.

i am looking for $SOLD! i will post pictures later but if interested just shoot me a PM.

This is the full size big daddy. no passive stuff here.

it currently has ampex 6922 in there. i got lots of tubes and for the right price would be able to include extras. for the price listed, it comes with the stock tubes, in their stock boxes packed like new.

I think that $1650 is the cheapest price I have seen on this unit.  Great deal for someone.  And although the stock JJ's are really quite good tubes for this pre, I like the amperex a little better in mine.

i agree. it is a terrific deal and make someone very happy. i took a close look at it tonight and will place it at 9/10 condition. i cannot find any flaws on the unit itself.

ok so i just learned the stock jj tubes are in my amp which is packed in a difficult to get spot.

so, the lucky buyer is going to get a pair of very poorly labeled Amperex 6DJ8's with D getters. these are what i have been running in the preamp almost the entire time i owned it, and they sound great.

i also have some amperex PQ's with goldpins that have nice labels, RCA 6dj8 holland, and rca 6dj8 gr britain. i can substitute or include any or allof these tubes for extra cash.
