doesnt tell you what mfg makes there drive or what the price is.
Im trying a gtech drive w/same chipset, hitachi drive, quiet and reliable so far, course when ssd is under 300 for 2tb then that will be a consideration

No, they don't tell you who manufactures the drive but the price for the 2tb model is $245 as shown here:
http://www.pacificproaudio.com/drives.asp
About the same price as the Gtech but has a shorter warranty. One year for the Pacific; three years for the Gtech, which also has a 3tb model.
