For sale is a Purity One linestage manufactured by Purity Audio Design. This unit was the actual unit used at the 2010 RMAF with the Von Schweickert loudspeakers. I purchased it from Bill about a month ago. Unfortunately, after I installed it in my system, one of my mono-blocks failed and I now need the funds from this upgrade to have my amp repaired.
This piece was shipped back to Bill at Response Audio and been gone through thoroughly with no problems. As a result, Bill has graciously agreed to honor the original 3 year warranty to the purchaser of this fine preamp. Unit is in mint condition. Rated 9/10 only because I did purchase it.
This unit currently has 3 single ended inputs, 2 tape/ht loops, 2 XLR transformer coupled balanced outputs, 2 single ended transformer coupled outputs (both balanced and single ended outputs transformer coupled). A high quality remote Alps Blue (with it's own dedicated power supply and transformer) handles the volume. Preamp will come equipped with Sylvania 12AU7 vacuum tubes.
