This is really the problem - we want info -we want it now-we want it in detail and we want absolutely accurate info -ALWAYS. Most audio companies have very few individuals who can be knowledgeable enough to fit this job description. Question has to be asked: If it was your company - you want that rare individual responding to floods of the (near) identical question based on whatever net truth or fable has been un-leashed most recently on the forums or maybe trying to take care of their dealers and their customers with real problems ? Gotta believe that the reason that some pretty good and well established companies (Magnepan and Audio Research to name 2) have not set up consumer e-mail is for exactly this reason -who can they spare with the right knowledge base to do this?
And if you put the incompetent in charge of responding to consumer questions - you get answers like " The diameter of our cartridge pins is 1 cm." (correct answer : 1 mm.).

Hi James,

When you update the website are there plans to update the technical drawings (schematics) for all Bryston components?  I noticed that the newer SST2 amps and BDA1 DAC do not have schematics available.

Cheers,
John

I approve!  That looks superb.  A far more user friendly site.

The new website is nice and dark - I like it  :thumb:

Seriously, it looks so much more refined than the current website. It amazes me at times when some corporations neglect the value of their "curb appeal" where it be your website or factory/store  location, you might even say that it is your introductory "handshake" to your customers. Case-in-point, we had a new Lexus dealer recently open in the south end. Many people relate luxury to Lexus vehicles.

The building that they had constructed for their dealership reminds me of a trailer that you see at "Smiling Sam's Used Cars." It would not surprise me if they were giving away a free toaster oven with every vehicle purchase. I find myself shaking my head at their building when I drive by it - they really messed up on it. If you compare it to the Toyota dealer down the road, and not because I own one, their building looks very professional and definitely has "curb appeal."

Be well...

But don't you have silver Bryston gear? I would think you'd prefer black :-)
I'm sure Bauhaus just can't sound right coming out of silver amps -- even if they are 28Bs :-) :-)
