should've been a little more clear.  I'm not looking to mod one,but integrate it inti my system, ie setup the curves or any room correction.

The miniDSP 2x4 is what you are looking for...

The DEQ2496 is more suited to curves and room correction.  The DCX is a crossover.  (I use both).  What do you want to do with it?

Oops, sorry, my reading comprehension must be poor today  . Bob could probably guide you on the crossover part, though I recall he isn't keen on active. EQ, measuring, is an art in itself.

If I'm the Bob you're talking about, then "YES", I've removed as much responsibility as I possibly could regarding what the DCX has control over. It just sounded like crap compaired to quality passive components.
