AFTER  LONG HOURS OF WORK I  FINALLY GOT THESE TWEETERS TO WORK BUT TO MY SURPRISE....I MADE A MISTAKE. I CROSSE THEM  AT 4000HZ WHEN I SHOULD OF CROSSED AT 3200HZ.

IT WAS BASICALLY A PRINT ERROR FROM  MY FRIEND.MY FRIEND MOVED TO EUROPE....I BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM WITH NO LUCK.

CAN SOMEONE MAKE ME A CROSSOVER FOR THESE  TWEETER AT 3.200 HZ EACH?

IT WILL BE SO MUCH APPRECIATED. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I textbook crossover well do little more than get you in the ballpark at best but there is a slim chance of that.

I design crossovers for them based on acoustic output. And that changes with baffle width and size.

The crossover also changes based on the drivers that they are being crossed over to. The phase shift of the woofer circuit must be taken into account to as then the phase shift created by the tweeters crossover must match it. And the voice coil offset is an issue too.

Then there is the question of where the output level has to be in relation to the woofer and where the impedance needs to be to match the woofer.

So it is not as easy as they make it seem in car audio where they though stuff on and call it good.

For me to design a crossover for that driver I'd need it in the intended box that it will be used in with the woofer that it will be used with (or mid).

And even 3200 is a pretty high crossover point for that tweeter. It can easily play down to a crossover point of 2kHz or lower.
