Where are you located? I am very active in the Yahoo Bozak group.
One thing about Bozaks, people seem to think that since the drivers don't age, by some magical transfer, the capacitors in the crossover don't age either. Also the miserable "tone" controls on the speakers are corrosion magnets and should be tossed out the window while you are in there replacing the capcitors that should have been replaced several decades ago.
At least if the Bozak in question has never had the back off, nobody has been in there "improving" things....... I bought a pair of Symphonys at a good price because they had less low bass than a Klipschorn. They should go lower, even if the K-horns are weatherstriped into the corner. One of the previous owners decided to upgrade the wiring and didn't quite get everything back together right.

One woofer on one speaker was wired backwards. Needless to say there was no deep bass and since Bozaks use a single element 6 db/octave crossover, the midrange imaging was screwed up something awful. Also, this pair was built after Rudy Bozak lost control of the company and the new owners of the company decided that wiring the midrange in reverse polarity would give more "presence"!

Let me know.
