For sale is a nice condition MSB Link Dac, modified by Dan Wright. This is one of the initial products that Dan Wright began modifying, before establishing ModWright Instruments as a premier maker of high performance amps and preamps. This DAC sounds great and I was most surprised/pleased by the amount of bottom-end/bass produced. I used the coaxial input. On a couple of rare occasions the DAC would not lock on a signal, simply requiring a reboot (unplug and turn back on). This wasn’t a big deal to me but in the spirit of full disclosure I do mention it. I think this is a very fine piece of equipment and a great sounding DAC for the money.
