The Signature 3's have good bass, plentiful, but on my system it did not sound quite as tight and clean as the Alpha Goertz.

The Signature 3's are reallllly good, I could see how some people would like the  sound of the Signature 3's better.
I just prefer the Alpha on the low end a bit more.

Also My Signature 3's are only 4' long. So, I don't know if this affected the base somewhat.

Most of the interconnects I use are Nordost Red Dawn (flat version) in various lengths, ranging from 1 ft (between pre and power amp) to 3 ft.
I have a Nordost Blue heaven which transfers the signal from my Internet tuner (crap signal to begin with anyway).
My turntable gives its signal through an Ultimate Cable Silver Series C4 Tone Arm cable, fairly cheap and does the job well enough. I hardly ever play records anyway.
Loudspeaker cable is an EXTREMELY WELL played in set of Monitor cables, the company no longer exists. I do want to upgrade those to Array Geode 2 cables soon.

D.D.,

a while ago i bought a whole TaraLabs cable bunch for my system(s). but they are more the entry level as i am not anymore too crazy about cables. but yes, i do like Tara a lot :thumb:.
however, the cables are Prism 300i (analog), Prism 100i (digital Toslink), a pair of bi-wire speaker cables Omni 2+2 and another short digital coax cable (forgot the name...). i am still pleased with their performance- no regrets!

al :  The Tara's are definitely nice. I know what you mean about cable craziness - I basically ignored that whole issue for years because that way lays madness. I still cannot believe what a difference I'm hearing though - it's gonna hurt to tear these demo cables down tommorow night and get 'em back to the dealer...I'm gutted.
Temporarily....

You should try the Wywires if you can. They work pretty good on Bryston.

Werd :  Had two different  XLO Electric SC's to try - Signature 3 and now Reference 3 ( one step down ). Added a Signature 2 IC between BCD-1 and preamp and moved Tara IC between  preamp and 7B's. Fantastic...
The Reference 3 SC's are awesome. The Signature 3 's are mind-blowing. Was listening to stuff like Santana's Moonflower remaster last night - pure conga craziness, baby. Can't believe the improvement in my system. Check 'em out if the opportunity arises.  :thumb: :thumb:

Hi Laundrew: Argentum is a sister company to XLO - both now owned by UltraLink. I've heard good things about Argentum but I haven't had the opportunity to hear them.

Any Bryston folks have the chance to audition (or own) Wireworld IC's or speaker cable?

I don't own them, but I've heard them in conjunction with the Bryston/Thiel systems at CES. They sound pretty good to me!

VegasDave,
Interesting.  Bryston and Thiel demonstrate their stuff w/ Wireworld cabling.  Would you happen to remember which series?

I'm going to be trying the following in the next few weeks:
Wireworld Equinox 6 interconnect
Wireworld Equinox 6 IC's
Wireworld Starlight (digital coaxial, already own)

I also want to give the WW Aurora power cords a try.  I was inspired to try the Wireworld stuff after reading an online review in 6 Moons.  I really like the two Wireworld cables I currently own.

I switched out all my older Bryston balanced cable to Morrow M4 reference. Bryston's new speaker cable bi-wired, Pangea power cables. The system rocks.

Just simply:

AQ Diamondback between pre and power
Ultimate Cable Silver Series between CDP and pre
Kimber 4PR for speaker cables (very interested in moving to 8TC).

Use medium to high end Synergistic Research cables and you will never regret it, nor ever consider other cables.

Osadu,
Which Synergistic cables and interconnects are you using?

With Bryston electronics, any thoughts on Audioquest King Cobra vs Kimber Hero interconnects?
