+1 - Customer service is so important.  Anything that has ever been made will break at some point.  What separates the great companies is how they deal with problems.  Congrats to Bryston!!

I am not sure I see the connection between Bryston and Inside Track? From the search I did, they are a racing magazine company ??

Wrong Inside Track - The Audio industry Inside Track is a monthly trade publication that once a year surveys a large number of US dealers as to the companies they do business with and their thoughts on those companies.

  That pretty much sums up why I have been a long time bryston customer. I have tried others from time to time( just to try something different) but keep coming back to Bryston. Bryston has a great product which is reasonably priced with fantastic support.

Anyone who has been a Bryston customer for some time is not surprised by these awards.  But it's nice to see such a deserving company getting the recognition.
