Montreal Hi-Fi Show

I believe the Montreal Hi-Fi show is this weekend, at the Delta Hotel (a nice hotel, stayed there a few times http://www.deltamontreal.com/english/welcome.html). Any members here going to attend ?

Morningstar Audio Imports will be there showing the Eastern Electric components. I'm hoping the new MiniMax Phono preamp will arrive in time to bring to the show.
I will be with Louis Chochos of Omega Speakers and Tom Hills of Hudson Audio Technology. I believe we are in Room 718. There are 2 hotels one across the street from the other that are being utilized.

Hope to see some AC members up there. Stop by and say hello.

Can you tell me more about the phono pre Bill ?

Hi Eduardo,

The Eastern Electric Phono Pre will use a 6X4 as its rectifier with 3 12AX7's. It will have MM and MC capabilities with the MC using a pair of step-up transformers. I will post a few photos in a couple of days.
