She does and I already have a bag of gears ready for her (once I get it back). She is into closeups and I set the camera to spot focus and showed her how to lock and recompose. Manual focus is too much right now. Mostly, it's point and shoot for now but we are talking about composition and lights. It's pretty cool. She is excited about walking the dog with me and take pictures in the park this spring.
