I purchased this amp kit a couple of years ago, and assembled the unit (boards come pre-assembled) in a double height rack mount steel chassis using Antek transformers and otherwise high quality input and output connectors. Only one upgrade; I replaced the input coupling caps with Sonicraft Platinums (highly recommended). The amp has worked flawlessly from day one, sounds absolutely first rate and much more powerful than its 55 wpc power rating (very dynamic). Am selling because we are moving and this was in a bedroom system that is all being sold. Cost of the amp modules when I bought them was about $1,000 US plus shipping (they come from Australia), and with the chassis, Sonicaps, and connectors I suspect I spent about $1,400 all total. First $550 takes it. I do not have an original box, but will make sure it is carefully packed (double boxed) as it is pretty heavy thanks to the dual transformer design. No overseas shipping. Paypal payment preferred but will accept M.O. or personal check (must wait until it clears).
