A/V-O network question

A/V-O network question

Danny was kind enough to take a picture of the crossover for me since I don't quite understand the diagrams, however I'm still confused. I don't know much about speaker design, but it seems wrong to me that the positive and negative connect like this? I want to make sure I understand it and have it right before soldering anything.

The reversal of the polarity of the tweeter is probably intentional to keep the tweeter in phase with the woofer.  It is not uncommon.

Thanks Scott! It's a relief to know that I was reading it right. Phase is another thing I don't understand (yet) but hope to learn about.
