I have yet to stuff the front.
What should I be listening for?

Stand up bass (at the moment with no front stuffing) sounds peaky/ too punchy.

The symptom with no stuffing up front is more bass than there really should be with a big fat rounded character. Not onjectionable but just a bit much. Escpecially if they are relatively close to the wall behind them.

Love my FH3's with FE126En drivers. I have 4 in my HT setup and a Spawn design horizontal center. These replaced a set of Klipsch Ultra II horns and I've not looked back.
