Fm-3 PEC's component question

I was wondering I'm wanting to design a board for the FM-3 PEC filter,,and I am wanting to use SMD's to conserve space, but the only comp's available are multilayer ceramics,5% tolerance, would these be acceptable compared to silver mica?

They should be functionally acceptable, but only your ears can confirm if they will sound as good as micas or the polypropylene types that Bill Thomas likes to use.
Mind the voltage ratings of the SMDs
