Looking for single or pair of 12AU7 Siemens Silverplate or Mullard Longplate 1950's for my EE Minimax DAC.

Also, because the preowned Minimax DAC did not come with owner manual, I am looking for a copy (pdf or otherwise) of the owner manual. Can't find one online.
