Are there any recommended sites for downloading hi rez bluray concerts?

Most BluRay content is not downloadable unless it was ripped unauthorized.  Torrent sites and others have bluray content ripped as DTS or even in hidef codec like DTS HD MA, but these unauthorized sites are not allowed here.
