Line Arrays...SOLD!

Hi all!

I want to sell my line array speakers.  They are in great shape; used but not abused.

They were built by Dave of 'Art of Sound' for his personal use.  The design was derived from a Selah Audio design.  They have Vifa XT 7 woofers and Fountek ribbon tweeters.  The crossover was designed by Rick at Selah Audio.  The crossover is set at 1,700 Hz and the frequency response is 45 Hz – 26 KHz.  Sensitivity is 95 db.  Highs are clear and detailed, mids are clear and crisp, and bass is solid, tight and clean.

The speakers are approximately 7 years old.  They are 64 inches tall and weigh in at around 175 pounds each.  The cabinets are sealed.  They were designed using a combination bulkhead/matrix bracing system so they are very rigid.  The fronts have birdseye maple veneer and the sides and backs have cherry veneer.  There is also a small black base on each speaker.

There are a couple light areas in the wood on the sides.  I’m not sure if that’s the way the veneer was when it was put on the speakers or if something rubbed up against the speakers or if something else happened.  There are a few small screw holes on the backs of the cabinets where something was held in place.  These screw holes were in the cabinets when I bought the speakers.

Please feel free to contact me for an appointment to see and hear these great speakers.  I’m in the Des Moines, Iowa area.

If you could pick these up that would be wonderful but I do have the crates they were shipped to me in.  The speakers will have to be shipped via truck freight.

I would like to get $2600 for them.  This price includes shipping within the continental United States.
