Man, I wanna see some of those documentary films but don't know how. Only film that was nominated I've seen thus far is Winter's Bone which I both liked and admired. Definitely going for Buitiful (foriegn films) and Black Swan. Speech and Network, too. And The Fighter.

I have seen WInter's BOne, and was rooting for the gal to win, but...I like Natalie Portman too, but haven't seen Black Swan..yet.
Haven't seen the King's Speech either. Or the Fighter.

No real surprises tonite but I was pulling for Hailee Stansfield to take home a statue. Her performance was the picture of poise and she completely inhabited her role in
True Grit
. Her performance would have been remarkable for anyone but for a 13 year old (now 14) it was incredible.
