After many years of inaction and intentions to get to this project, I am selling the parts I accumulated to build a Teres Turntable.
The main parts come from the original Teres DIY project: the original unpolished platter, bearing, and motor/controller. Here's a link to extensive info about the project:

I also have a base (polished) and an armboard (unpolished/frosted) from Teres, both of which I got later. I also have a base alternative, which was surplus from Thom Mackris of Galibier turntables: I discussed with Thom putting corian on top of the MDF. It looks to me like the Galibier Quattro used a similar design - an example can be seen if you scroll down on their bargain bin page:
