Hey everybody, I am selling 4 bose 901 speakers to put money towards some bookshelf speakers and college tuition. These guys sound great, I can't believe the same company that made these is now selling tiny radios for 500 bucks. There are two sets of two, with one set in fairly good condition (I tried to refinish them and didn't do a fantastic job, but that's the only problem with them, and I'm sure you could refinish them if you wanted far more efficiently than me) and one set in poor condition, with some corner damage on both speakers. The grills for the second set are kind of ugly too. Remember, they are 40 year old speakers...
The EQ is in good condition. I have two stands as well, and they are in good condition.
I'm asking 460 dollars, which i think is fair (assuming 400 for the setup with the good speakers and 60 extra bucks for the beat up ones) but I'll consider offers. These guys require a lot of power, over 100 watts per channel, but when you give them power, they really sing. So before you start bose bashing like everybody else does on audio threads, take a look at these, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
