Impressive looking. It almost looks like you have scotch tape turning your table.

Did you build it or get it from Teres?

I bought it from Chris Brady of Teres. His father made the base, his brother made the platter.

Chris drilled the tonearm hole.

Arm was bought from 2Juki (agon)

Cart was bought from Klaus Bunge of Odyssey.

The tape is 1/2" leader tape like you would have on a VCR tape.

I had my motor changed to use this pulley. The tape/pulley came from Chris Brady as well, as did the wood clamp.

It sits on a oak veneered partical board which sits on a marble shelf.

I'm not sure, but the platter weighs about 29 Lbs, and I think the base is around 25 Lb's, it is shot loaded as well.

So, just under 60lbs for everything I would think.

Bring that LP over and we'll give it a spin

Thanks for the compliments Nathan, it's appreciated. My digi camcorder pics just didn't cut it

The bowl (always filled with pretzels) seat is not quite as bad as it looks. The end seats are recliners and the sound goes over your head in that seat rather than blasting an ear.

That speaker is aimed pretty well for the sweet spot though

Wish I could have aimed that speaker down a little more, or been able to mount it about 6 inch's lower, but that's as good as I could do.

All in all I'm very happy with the sound of the setup for music and movies.
