For sale is a lovely looking Rawson-built FirstWatt F2 clone. It has a beautiful dark-stained wood chassis with a black heatsink top that I think is much nicer looking than the typical Rawson chassis. Included in the sale are the Semisouth JFETs that will enable a DIY type to upgrade this amp to a F2J. Other than installing the JFETs, the values of a few resistors will need to be changed (details available at diyaudio.com).

The F2 and F2Js are my favorite sounding of the amps put out by FirstWatt. And I have listened to most of them (Pass-built F1, F2J, F3, F4 & Aleph 30 and DIY F2 and F5). They have great warmth, and it is possible to adjust their bass and treble responses to your driver by adding simple networks of resistors at the amps outputs (see FirstWatt webpage or 6moons reviews for details).
