Well made: Toroid, 12,000 uF Nichicon cap, 1.5 Amp regulator. 
(FWIW, I'm pretty sure that the regulator could be upgraed to 3 Amp without straining the other components.)

Teflon-insulated power cord with a Hubbell end. 

$30 plus shipping.

Well, it's a basic 12-volt supply.  I used it to power an Echo Digital Audio interface, but then gave up on that approach and sold the interface.
