DVD to Ipad Ripper (mac)

Anyone have any suggestions or opinions on any of the current ripping software?  Id like to transfer some dvds i have to the ipad.  Thanks

I've used Audio Hijack before with good results. The new version is here http://www.rogueamoeba.com/audiohijackpro/ but haven't tried it.
