Hi
Just want to inform you guys that I don't have my two von Schweikert speakers anymore. Sold both of them to happy owners.
Didin't sold them becasuse they where bad or anything like that, I enjoy listening to them as long as I had them. Among High-end category they are still my #1 speakers out there.

Reason; I am done with High-end stuff exept for McIntosh stuff wich I still have and gone over to Pro-audio instead.
I have now McIntosh and Crown amps with JBL speakers Cinema screen array 3731 with additional subs 4641. I also have PRX635 with PRX618S-XLF subs. I am more than satisfied.

It has been fun to chat with you all and will still follow this thread and give my experiance about VR4SR and VR4GenIII models.

Thanks for reading. :)

Hey Mctwins...that's a bit of a shocker.  So is this now a part of a home theater or are you still into 2ch audio?

If they sound anything like the JBL 1400 or the amazing JBL Everest DD66000 then I'm sure they sound great (and dynamic).

Hi
It is for 2ch only, these speakers can be use in studio application as well.

It sounds almost as 1400 and Everest. I have always liked the JBL sound. I have heard Everest and it sounds great but it is to expensive for me.

But you are correct it has dynamics and even more with the subs 4641 connected. I can understand that these speakers isin't for everyone, require lots of tunings and settings and have to be use with a DSP like the dbx 260 and it is a true Bi-amp config, It suits me perfectly.

Thanks
