For sale is a Response Audio / Jolida Signature Plus modified 3205 integrated tube amplifier. I'm the 2nd owner...based on the receipt I think it was bought newly modified from Response Audio. I think Response Audio bought all the old 502A series amplifiers that Jolida had left over when they released the B series, so this is probably one of those amps. Any changes from the A to B series are negated by the mods...so you wouldn't be losing anything in terms of sonics by getting a modded A series.
It's past the warranty period, but I can guarantee it won't arrive DOA, and Bill at Response is someone I've done business with a few times in the past, I'm sure he'll repair the amp at a reasonable price if anything ever goes wrong with it.
It can be switched between 50w - 60w depending if you want to use EL34 or 6550/KT88 output tubes. Variations to the Signature Plus mod include AuriCap coupling capacitors, solid core silver signal wire at CD & Aux inputs, Mills non-inductive emitter/cushion resistors, subwoofer output installed (sacrificing one input). Svetlana EL34's will be included as will preamp tubes (I don't remember the make of them at the moment...nothing too fancy).
Buyer pays shipping, I'll cover paypal and insurance to make sure it arrives safely. Unmodified Jolida 502's and 302's sell for about $650...for not much more $$ you get a sub out, way more versatility with power tubes, and a ton of improvements in sound quality.
