Those are nice, and that's a great price. 

Maybe a picture would help. 

Finish?  Can it be disassembled for shipping?

Let me guess the finish is Maple.  :lol:  There shouldn't be much to disassemble on a butcher block platform.  Maybe the footers...

We have maple trim finished to match our cherry cabinetry and doors.  And maple can be very "blond" or have significant reddish streaks, which is why we choose bamboo flooring to contrast with the cherry.
