I just bought a Depeche Mode special edition CD with a 24bit 48kz dvd version included. Is there any way to rip this
(preferably to iTunes in a lossless format)

I also just answered your post on the asylum. Mark's link takes you to my Circle where there is more info, but suffice it to say that DVD Audio Extractor is all you need.
