Victoria floods (Australia)

Drove to Adelaide from Melbourne and stopped along the way to take a few snaps- wish i had a wider lens than the 80mm


this was on Monday it was around 3.6metres  before the waters peaked on Tuesday


Rest stop next to the wimmera river




River overflowing in Nhill. We had to detour down the backroads as it had flooded over the main highway

At least it allowed me to find locations like this:

Yep. Should have brought along the Canon 5D as well.

I still think it's not the best tree - I'm on a quest to find the perfect 'one tree hill'
I never reproduce it bigger than 600 pixels that's why I need more mega pixels.......?

Rarely- 11"x14" for my folio that's about it.
