I was trying out these tubes among many others when i had a Burgess 2A3/45 amp -- it could use both types. I have sold this amp months ago, so it is time to sell some tubes.
I bought these NOS from Jim Sautter. I paid $165 plus ship for these. They were advertised as matched, nos, identical 1943 production codes(T3R), black plates, flat foil half hex getters and oval upper micas.
Mr Sautter double tested for transconductance, gas, shorts, leakage and life on a Hickok 539C and Triplett 3444.
I have used these 20 hours at most. Box sides are good - ends are poor.
