Some nice Jazz lp's for sale

My pile of duplicates is getting out of hand.These are mostly lp's i have had in my collection that i replaced with other copies.mostly originals.Sometimes they are from collections i have purchased where the copy duplicates my current copy.I will list a few and see if there is any interest.

Frank Rosolino-5-Mode- reissue # 107 L.A. 1957 hard bop  w/Richie Kamuca.Vince Guaraldi,Monty Budwig,Stan Levey and off course Frank's trombone. Very Clean condition  -8 bucks

Cecil Taylor/Buell Neidlinger-NewYork City R & B- Candid reissue on Jazzman # Jaz 5032  Very clean- w/Steve Lacy,Archie Shepp,Roswell Rudd,Clark Terry- 6 bucks hole punch in corner

Jazz Studio One-Jasmine reissue from Decca #Jasm 1022 Nice clean English pressing 1956 Mono two tracks and they blow on one track for side the uptempo "Let's Split" and ballad "Tenderly" Great Some great Basie players here Frank Foster,Joe Newman,Freddie Green with Hank Jones Paul Quinichette and Kenny Clarke. 8 bucks

Red Rodney-"The red arrow" Onyx reissue of Signal lp 1957 clean but played and a partial cover split but a killer records with Tommy Flanagan,Oscar Pettiford,Ira Sullivan,Phiily Joe Jones,Elvin Jones...... sir Rodney the red's best record! 5 bucks

The Remarkable Carmel Jones- Affinity reissue of Pacific Jazz- very clean English pressing L.A. 1961 with Carmel- trumpet Harold Land,Frank Strazzeri,Gary Peacock,Leon Pettis Wonderful moody,hard Bop-a great session Stereo  Audio by Dick Bock    8 bucks

Art Pepper-The Trip Orig. Contemporary yellow label 1976 Nice clean copy with George Cables,David Williams,Elvin Jones  Legendary record from a legend of the Alto sax.   12 bucks

Paul Desmond -session known as "first place again " "poll winner" this is a Warner Brothers black cover with a green and orange label- Vitaphonic Stereo nice nice  condition Elegant symmetry with Jim Hall,Percy Heath,Connie Kay. 15 bucks

Howard Rumsey's Lighthouse All-stars "Music for Lighthousekeeping"  Contemporary- nice copy not OJC but later issie -actually a promo with cut corner 1956 Fab sound by godhead engineer Roy DuNann in the Contemporary studio with SONNY CLARK,Bob Cooper,Conte Condoli,Frank Rosolino and Stan Levey.Steaming West Coast Jazz  8 bucks

Max Roach- Trip reissue of Emarcy  lp"Max Roach 4 plays Charlie Parker" with Kenny Dorham,Hank Mobley,Nelson Boyd,George Morrow,George Coleman.1957/58 Fine condition Trip pressings were not the greatest but this band sure was -plays fine. 7 bucks

Harold Land-Blue Mitchell Quintet "Mapenzi" Concord white label (Promo) fine shape-plays nice clean cover- Killer band from 1977 that made one record with Kirk Lightsey,Reggie Johnson,Tootie Heath- edgy hard bop with sinewy melodic darks and lights forgotten masterpiece   8 bucks

Herbie Hancock "The Prisoner" Blue Note reissue  Exact repro of this classic-not sure who put this one out fairly recent =new played once or twice,great shape. His 1969 band with Johnny Coles,Joe Henderson,tootie Heath,Buster Williams,Hubert Laws.......   Brilliant writing and great solos. 7 bucks

Still for sale-I will sweeten the deal by taking 2 bucks off the records over 8 dollars and 1 buck off the records under 8 dollars.

Max Roach and Cecil Taylor lp's sold to Scott! Take a look at the remaining titles -some wonderful  Jazz albums at record swap meet prices.No junk,no funk,from Bunk to Monk.
