Instagram Photo App for iPhone

Just thought I'd mention a new app I've been toying with, works on the iPhone. It's called Instagram, it was free one day on AppAdvice (a 1.99 app that does a good job of listing other apps--clearly I have too much time on my hands!).

Anyway, it takes a picture, no bells or whistles, but then lets you add a funky filter (sepia, etc.) as a second step. As a final step, it lets you post instantly to twitter, facebook and Flick'r, the service I normally use.

Frequently I'm on the go without my camera and I just have to post something on AC. This makes it really, really easy.

Paul,

Can you post to a MobileMe gallery too?

Yes, it's an option but I have not tried it.

Will it allow you to post a pic to AudioCircle?

Awesome advice! If it allows pictures to post easily on A.C. Im getting it! It sure would come in handy with iphone 4 with the upgraded camera and flash, although im happy with my 3GS, the pictures tend to be little dark unless well lit. I bet a neat app would be a flash that works with flashless cameras?

Not directly.
Take a picture, post to Flickr or .Mac or facebook, etc.
Then grab the picture to post in AC.
It takes out the step of synching your phone to your computer, sending to flickr, then posting.

The Flickr is instant.
